1. Are the owners of the company available to discuss options with me or is my project allocated to a project supervisor?

A: Yes. The owners of DNJ Building Group work in the business 100% of the time & are involved in every build project, ensuring each project is completed to the highest standard, on time and within budget. Upon engaging with DNJ Building, you will also be allocated a supervisor, who will keep you informed at every stage of the construction.

2. Can I contact any of your customers to obtain a level of comfort in what DNJ can deliver?

A: Yes, we are happy to provide referees if requested. Our referral of work by our customers has seen DNJ Building grow exponentially & is the primary platform for our continued expansion.

3. Does DNJ provide a maintenance service once construction is complete?

A: Yes, DNJ Building has a dedicated maintenance team. We provide a maintenance service for 3 months after construction is complete.

4. Does DNJ provide a warranty period after construction?

A:

Yes, DNJ Building provide a full 7 year warranty on all our residential new homes.

5. I have a block of land that has potential for multiple units to be built or subdivided. How do I find out what can be done to maximise its potential?

A:

When it comes to multi-unit developments and subdivision we are here to assist. There are a number of extra steps that need to be taken before you can start to build, which may not be necessary when only building a single dwelling. We have members of the team who specialise in sub divisions and multi-unit developments. They understand of the process and limitations, ensuring that you maximise on the full potential of your investment. Give us a call or send us an email and we will go through the options with you.

6. I have a design in mind can DNJ assist me in the construction of my proposed development?

A:

Yes. DNJ Building have a dedicated architectural design team with extensive experience in assisting clients to transform a general concept into a fully designed proposal. We offer the complete service in house, from initial consultation, right through to construction and maintenance.  

7. I need additional finance assistance to enable me to progress my next project. Can DNJ help in this regard?

8. I wish to develop but there is already a property on the block. Do I need to demolish it before contacting you?

A:

No. Although DNJ Building's main service is not demolition works, we are more than happy to assist. Over the years we have helped many of our clients with the demolition of existing houses. We have access to a number of demolition contractors who we have used in the past and can assist in obtaining quotes and ensuring the works are completed to the required standard so that you are not faced with additional and unforeseen costs down the track. We do not charge you for this service, we do it to make the building process easier for you.

9. My project is a big commitment to me, is DNJ financially sound?

A:

Yes, DNJ Building Group is financially sound and has the ability to deliver all projects that we are involved in. We ensure that all projects we undertake are within our means to deliver and are backed by warranty insurance.

10. What custom building solutions do you offer?

A:

At DNJ Building our primary focus is design and construction of new homes, multi level units and townhouse developments, offering our clients the complete construction service in house. We provide expert project delivery in the knockdown and rebuild of single dwelling, dual occupancy projects, boutique townhouse and unit developments within Melbourne.
